Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel the subscription anytime if you decide to stop using the premium features. After the cancellation, the subscription will not be renewed further; however, premium features will remain available until the end of the current period.

Web purchase π»
The Web purchased subscription is connected to the email address used during the purchase. You can cancel it via:
π The Lift App:
- Open Lift App.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Tap on your Active Subscription.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription."
π The cancellation link:
- Follow the cancellation link in the email you received after the purchase or use this link. Enter the email you used for the subscription, and weβll send you a link to unsubscribe.
π The Bio Links website:
- Open "Account."
- Go to "Payment Info."
- Select "Subscription Management."
- Tap "Cancel Subscription."
π Note: You should be logged into the account linked to the email address used for the purchase to manage your subscription via the Lift App or Bio Links website.

iOS Purchase π±
If you purchased through the App Store, you can cancel it via:
π The Lift App:
- Open Settings in the Lift App.
- Go to Subscription.
- Tap on your Active Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
π Device Settings:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select Lift.

The Google Play purchased subscription is connected to your Google Play account. You can cancel it via this cancellation link or:
π Your subscriptions in Google Play:
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel subscription."
- Follow the instructions.
