Duty of Conformity

We are required by the legislation of the European Union to guarantee conformity of the product or service you purchased from us:

• for a period of 2 years from the purchase date in case of a one-time purchase (e.g. educational pdf file, video, etc.); or
• during the entire term of the contract between you and us in case of continuous supply of the service (e.g. auto-renewable subscription).

You are entitled to the following remedies if the duty of conformity is breached:

• To have the product or service brought into conformity;
• To receive a proportionate reduction in the price;
• To terminate the contract.

Note that consumer protection laws in the country where you habitually reside may provide for a longer period during which our duty of conformity applies.
