If you have an active subscription, however, haven't received access to the premium features, we kindly advise you to make sure you are using the device with the same Apple ID that was used during the purchase. Then, open the Lift App - Settings and press the «Restore purchase» button. Once it is done, you should receive access to all features of the App.
🚀 Please note that a Premium subscription does not include a Guides Subscription (and vice versa). It helps users manage and improve their content thanks to Remove Background, Magic Eraser, and AI Background features. As well as having reels, stories, and posts, the creation process is much easier thanks to premium reels and stories templates, and more fonts.
💡Tip: Make sure, that you are logged in either to the Apple ID account the purchase was made via or to the account, the subscription is connected to.
Android purchase
1. Please check that you are using the same Google account as you used to purchase a subscription:
- The email you used with the subscription app may be different than your Google Account.
- Check your other email accounts and find the receipt of the subscription to locate where you added the subscription.
- Check with your family members. You may have used a family member’s account to subscribe.
2. Once checked and the subscription still doesn’t work, please reach out to our support team (Settings → Contact Support).
