iOS purchase
In-App purchased subscription is connected to your Apple ID account. So, if you have recently changed your device or have several devices, you should be logged in to the Apple ID account, the purchase was made via, to activate your subscription.
👉To activate the subscription on another device, open Lift - Settings - Restore Purchase.
📍Note: It is not possible to transfer your subscription to another Apple ID, as each subscription is linked to a specific account.
Android purchase
In order to use your subscription on another device, you should use the “Restore Purchase” button. Unfortunately, currently, it is not possible to restore the purchase via the App but we are working on adding this feature. Thus, you may contact support via email (Settings → Contact Support) and they will resolve your question.
Web purchased subscription
Web-purchased subscription is connected to the e-mail address, used while the purchase. So, if you have recently changed your device or have several devices, you should be logged in to the same account, you used while the purchase.
👉To use the subscription in the Lift App on another device, you should log in to your account via the Lift App - Settings - Log in.
👉 To use the subscription on the Bio Links platform, you should log in to your account via the link.
📍Note: it is not possible to use the subscription in the Lift App on different devices simultaneously. If you activate the subscription on the second device, you would not be able to use the subscription on the first one.
