🙌🏻 Important note:
Users may be signed in via Apple and navigate to the app settings, where they might see the subscription as canceled. However, their web subscription could still be active. If you accidentally created both a web and an App Store subscription, sign in to the correct account to manage your subscriptions effectively.
Checking your subscription type (Web/iOS/Android):
To determine your subscription type, check the billing details in your Lift confirmation email:
- App Store🍏
Look for “Apple.com” as the seller in your subscription confirmation email. - Google Play🤖
Look for the "Google Play" email and the order number that starts from "GPA-..." -
Web Purchase Subscription 💻
The email will not mention Apple but will show “GetLift” or a similar description.
Web Purchase 💻
You can check your subscription status in multiple ways:
- via Lift App: Open Lift App > Settings > Subscription.
- via Bio Links Website: Go to Account > Payment Info > Subscription Management.
- your Emails: Search for emails from Lift regarding renewal or cancellation. Check your Promo and Spam folders.
📍 Note: Log into the account with the purchase email to manage your subscription on the Lift App or Bio Links website.
iOS Purchase 🍏
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions ➡️ find Lift.
If there's no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red "Your subscription will expire soon" or "Your subscription has expired", it means the subscription has already been canceled.
Android Purchase 🤖
- Open Google Play.
- Tap your profile at the top right.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
