You may cancel the subscription anytime if you have decided to stop using the premium features. After the cancellation, the subscription would not be renewed further, however, the premium features would be available till the end of the period.

iOS purchase
The App Store purchased subscription is connected to your Apple ID account. You may cancel it via:
👉the Lift App: open Lift App - Settings - Subscription - Tap on your Active Subscription - Cancel Subscription.
👉the device Settings: open your device Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - Lift - Cancel subscription.
📍Note: Developers do not have possibility to unsubscribe users, as the subscription process is being handled on Apple's end.
Android purchase
The Google Play purchased subscription is connected to your Google Play account. You may cancel it via:
👉your subscriptions in Google Play (click here)- Select the subscription you want to cancel - tap Cancel subscription - Follow the instructions.

Web purchase
The Web purchased subscription is connected to the e-mail address, used while the purchase. You may cancel it via:
👉the Lift App: open Lift App - Settings - Subscription - Tap on your Active Subscription - Cancel Subscription.
👉the cancellation link: follow the cancellation link in the e-mail you have received after the purchase, or use the following link. You should enter the email you’ve used for the subscription, and we’ll send you a link to unsubscribe.
👉the Bio links website: open the «Account» - «Payment info» - «Subscription management» - «Cancel subscription».
📍Note: You should be logged in to the account, linked to the e-mail address, used while the purchase to manage your subscription via the Lift App or Bio Links website.
📍Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.
