I don't have a subscription / account. Why am I being billed?

The funds for the Lift products may be deducted only in case the user has the subscription for one of our services. It is technically not possible to charge your account without your confirmation.

So, such situation may occur in case you have accidentally activated the subscription and therefore haven't cancelled it on time or simply have a subscription for another service.
